My BlackBerry Experience (Trilogy)

My BlackBerry Curve (8300 series) experience/nightmare.

BB 8320 #1:BRAND NEW UNIT (yipee!!!)
Issued: July 2008
Busted: Sept 2008
Problem: Conked out. Continuous Reset/Boot Cycle
Status: Canada Trip (for repair, it’s gonna cost me $$, grrr… )

BB 8300#2: Service Unit (more than 1 year old)
Issued: Oct 2008
Returned: Nov 2008
Problem: Defective space bar, no built-in wifi
Status: To be issued to another unsuspecting person, hehehe

BB 8320#3: Service Unit (less than 2 months old)
Issued: Nov 13, 2008
Returned: Nov 24, 2008 (today)
Problem: Camera Module problem (Error Message: Could not start camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again)
Status: Firmware re-installation by MIS. (Keepin’ my fingers crossed right now)

My Mood: Grrrr….. I am beginning to think that it was better when I was using BB 7100g.

and by the way, US President-elect is said to be a BB user. Once in the Whitehouse, he may not be able to use his BB, for security reasons. BB withdrawal, coming…
